Phastivity, LLC DBA Scoop Squad provides dog waste removal services based on the frequency you select: weekly, biweekly, monthly, or one-time. By subscribing to our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Subscriptions

• Commitment: If you select a subscription plan, you must complete three service cycles before you can cancel.
• Early Cancellation: Cancelling before the third payment cycle will result in your account being billed for the service(s) as one-time services.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed through Stripe. By using our services, you agree to Stripe’s terms and policies.
• Cancellation: Services can be cancelled through Stripe. For assistance, contact us at contact@dogscoopsquad.com.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the agreed amount.

4. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time without prior notice. We will notify you of any significant changes that affect your service.

5. Limitation of Liability

Phastivity, LLC DBA Scoop Squad is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
